2. Orders

  • You can browse and buy items through my online shop.

  • Once you place an order, you’ll get a confirmation email. If I can’t fulfill the order for any reason (like the item is out of stock), I’ll let you know right away.

  • Your order is considered accepted once it has shipped.

3. Prices & Payment

  • All prices are listed in [currency] and include tax where applicable.

  • Payments are processed securely through trusted services like Stripe or PayPal.

  • I never store your payment details.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • I typically ship orders within 10 business days. If I need to make an exception, I will contact you immediately.

  • Shipping times vary based on where you live. You’ll see estimated delivery times at checkout.

  • I’m not responsible for delays due to postal issues, customs, or incorrect addresses.

  • Double-check your shipping info before placing your order.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction means a lot to me! Here’s how returns work:

  • If your item arrives damaged, email me within 7 days with photos and your order number.

  • Returns or exchanges on physical items are accepted within 14 days of delivery, if the item is unused and in original condition.

  • Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

  • Digital products, downloads, and custom/commissioned art are non-refundable.

6. Custom & Commissioned Work

  • Commissions and custom pieces require upfront payment.

  • Timeframes and details will be discussed before I begin.

  • Due to their personalized nature, custom orders cannot be returned or refunded unless damaged in shipping.

7. Copyright & Use of Artwork

  • Everything you see here—artwork, text, photos—is owned by Christina Neiman unless noted otherwise.

  • Buying art doesn’t mean you own the rights to reproduce or resell it.

  • Please don’t use my work for commercial purposes without permission. If you’re interested in licensing or collaboration, reach out!

8. Privacy
